The Kidney Foundation of Maryland has awarded Beacon Technologies, Inc. the Special Services Award for 2001.

Salisbury, June 1, 2000: Dana Seiler, President of Beacon Technologies, Inc., announced today that the Kidney Foundation of Maryland has selected Beacon Technologies, Inc. to receive a special award given to companies and individuals who have been instrumental in assisting the foundation to increase awareness regarding kidney disease research, treatment and support.

Beacon was selected for the work they have done to revamp the Kidney Foundation of Maryland website, www.kidneymd.org.
