The Solution
Beacon worked closely with DSEA to develop a secure intranet site that allowed many if the things that had been handled with pen and paper. The web site features:
A dynamic room reservation system for the Dover office, New Castle office and off-site activities for both staff and clients.
Staff Activity system for tracking work allocation.
On-line credit card purchase approval system
On-line leave management system
On-line trip approval system
The Results
The intranet site has greatly reduced the paperwork load on support staff as well as increased productivity of professional staff.
